When the Fire Runs Hot
You’ve built, achieved, carried. You’re capable, brilliant, and determined.
And yet — your body calls for rest, your mind craves calm, your spirit longs for a steadier rhythm.
Many women find themselves here: outwardly thriving, inwardly stretched thin. A flame that looks bright to others, but feels unsteady within.
Who I Am
I’m Lisa, an Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher (500-hour RYT), and postpartum doula.
I know the cost of living from fire alone — and I know the relief of tending it back into balance. My work exists because women like us deserve care that meets both the brilliance of our lives and the tender truth of our bodies.
My Path
My own journey into Ayurveda and yoga began not as theory, but as necessity. I had to learn how to calm an overworked nervous system, restore my health, and reconnect with joy.
Along the way, I trained deeply: completing 500 hours of yoga teacher training, immersing in Ayurvedic practice, and becoming a postpartum doula to hold the thresholds of motherhood with reverence.
These teachings are ancient, but they are also deeply practical. They live in the rhythm of breath, in the food on your plate, in the way you carry your body through the day.
My Philosophy
I believe your flame was never meant to consume you. It was meant to guide you.
As a Tendress, I serve as keeper of that flame — weaving Ayurveda, yoga, breathwork, somatic and shadow practices, and postpartum care into pathways that steady your body, clear your mind, and restore your rhythm.
This isn’t about striving harder. It’s about remembering your own rhythm, and letting your life rise from there.
An Invitation
If you’re ready to feel steady, clear, and radiant in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
