Meet Lisa

Weaver, Integrative Guide, and Postpartum Doula

Hey, I’m Lisa, and I help women soften into the seasons they’ve been taught to fight.

Whether you’re navigating the wild unknown of postpartum or quietly unraveling under the weight of a life that looks good on paper, I hold space for the pause, the shift, and the quiet reclamation of your rhythm.

This work was born from my own unraveling.

I’ve lived through the extremes. The striving, the performative healing, the motherhood initiation, the sleepless nights, and the slow rebuilding of a life that actually feels like mine. My healing didn’t come in a single breakthrough. It came in pieces. It came in stillness. It came when I stopped trying to "fix" myself and started tending to the woman beneath the performance.

Now, I guide others through their own soft rebirth.

What I Bring to the Work

My approach weaves together tradition, presence, and deep trust in your body’s wisdom. I draw from:

  • 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training with a focus on energetics and embodiment

  • Ayurvedic Health Counselor certification (in progress)

  • DONA postpartum doula training (in progress)

  • CPR certification

  • Over a decade of lived experience in intuitive healing, cycle awareness, business leadership, and self-reclamation

I’m not here to tell you who to be.

I’m here to help you remember what you already know.
